Pasta with an Mushroom Anchovy Cream Sauce

Pasta with an Mushroom Anchovy Cream Sauce by Hannah Martin.

Ingredients

Main
Algae cooking oil2 tbsp
Shallot1
Fishwife anchovies1 tin
Shiitake mushrooms4 oz
Heavy cream1 cup
Freshly grated Parmesan¼ cup
Salt½ tsp
Black pepper¼ tsp
Drizzle of shitake mushroom finishing oil
Step 1

Sauté shallot and anchovies in Algae cooking oil. Once softened, add mushrooms and cook through.

Step 2

Add in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, mix well and cook down for 5-10 minutes.

Step 3

Fold in pasta & enjoy!
