Crostini toasts (either homemade or store bought)
Large ball of burrata
Small bunch black grapes1 pc
Crushed pistachios
Algae Cooking Club neutral oil
Algae Cooking Club gochugaru chili oil

Step 1
Lightly brush your bunch of grapes with algae cooking club neutral oil, maintaining their shape as best as you can. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and broil until juicy and charred, 5-6 minutes.
Step 2
White the grapes cook, open your burrata and lay it on a plate. Top with the grapes, grape juice, pistachios, and chili oil. Finish with flaky salt and serve with crostini toasts.
