Balsamic Fig Plate

This plated appetizer is sure to wow with minimal effort. Some cut fruit, artfully laid pieces of prosciutto, dollops of cheese, and a drizzle of mushroom balsamic glaze. View this as less of a recipe, and more of a guide. Swap out your favorite fruits, cheeses, and herbs to spice it up!

Ingredients

Main
Stone fruits, sliced (plums, peaches, nectarines, etc.)2 pcs
Ball of burrata (or cheese of your choice - cheddar is also great here!)1 pc
Proscuitto
Basil
Balsamic vinegar¼ cup
Honey1 tbsp
Algae mushroom oil1 tbsp
Step 1

Arrange your fruit, burrata, basil, and prosciutto on a plate.

Step 2

Add the balsamic to a small saucepan and cook over low until thick, glossy, and reduced by half.

Step 3

Add in your honey and Algae oil and stir to combine.

Step 4

Drizzle over your arranged plate and serve with crusty bread.
