Melon, Prosciutto, Burrata Plate
1. It’s quick. 2. It’s easy. 3. Despite the fact that it’s quick and easy, it tastes (and looks) gourmet.
Ingredients
Preheat the oven broil on the high setting.
Cut thick slices of bread and place it onto a baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, apply algae oil on top of each slice.
Toast the bread in the oven under the broiler until it’s golden and crispy.
While the bread is toasting, cut the melon and remove seeds. Slice the melon in pieces.
Place the burrata on your plate, and season with a bit of salt and pepper, to taste.
Gently wrap each slice of melon with a piece of prosciutto. You can cut each prosciutto slice in half lengthwise, using one slice for two pieces of melon.
Roll the basil leaves, then gently chop them. Sprinkle the basil over the melon and prosciutto before enjoying!
