Korean Style Tofu

Silken tofu is topped with a soy-based scallion sauce and finished with a drizzle of mushroom-infused algae oil for a simple, flavorful cold dish.r

Ingredients

Main
Silken tofu, drained1 block
Scallions, thinly sliced4 pcs
Soy sauce¼ cup
Toasted sesame oil1 tbsp
Rce vinegar½ tbsp
Black vinegar (use all rice if you don't have)½ tbsp
Sugar (adjust to taste)½ tbsp
Toasted sesame seeds½ tbsp
Mushroom infused algae oil
Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the scallions, soy, sesame oil, rice vinegar, black vinegar, sugar, and toasted sesame seeds. Taste and adjust the sugar and acid level. Set aside.

Step 2

Drain the tofu, and then carefully flip the block out onto a plate. Pour the sauce over the top of the tofu, letting the scallions and sesame seeds collect in a pile on top. Finish with a generous drizzle of mushroom infused Algae oil. Enjoy cold.
