For this month’s ACC In Residence, Leslie chars shishitos in Algae Cooking Oil, infuses tequila, and creates a delicious take on a Blistered Shishito Margarita.

Pineapple Juice2 oz
Yuzu Juice.5 oz
Simple Syrup.5 oz
Blistered Shishitofor garnish
Gochugaru Chili Oilfor garnish
