What a find!
This chili oil is so good it’s addictive.
Many chili oils are delicious but made from mediocre or worse ingredients; junk food.
Gochugaru has all fantastic ingredients First and foremost is the oil itself, made from seaweed. Arguably the healthiest oil humans can consume, it has an extremely high burn temp.

You can cook with it or use it as a finishing oil! Delicious either way. The Gochugaru is so good without burning off your taste buds, lol. My fave is the Mushroom...such amazing flavor. 500 stars : )

drizzling it on everything
I love both of these, but I've been drizzling the gochugaru chili oil on just about everything. I often make a bowl of savory oatmeal for breakfast and a drizzle of gochugaru on top is chef's kiss
