THE PURITY OF FERMENTATION

No pesticides, no chemicals, no blending—the process is similar to brewing beer or fermenting wine. Instead of using yeast, we use algae because it is where plant-based oils originated. 

There are two groups of algae: macroalgae, such as kelp or seaweed, and microalgae which are invisible to the naked eye. We use microalgae because they are where oils originated in nature.
