Salsa Verde & Seared Prawns
This salsa verde is the kind of sauce that makes a good dish into a great one.
Finely diced parsley, capers, and garlic get loosened with a squeeze of lemon. Algae Cooking Oil lets every herb shine without getting in the way.
We've paired it with seared prawns, but honestly? Put it on everything.

Ingredients
Algae Cooking Club Salsa Verde
capers1/4 cup
garlic2 cloves
parsley1 cup
lemon juice1 lemon
Algae Cooking Oil1/2 cup
salt and pepperto tast
prawns, with legs trimmed off8-12
Step 1
Finely dice parsley, capers and garlic and mix in a bowl.
Step 2
Add Algae Cooking Oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix. Set aside.
Step 3
Sear off Prawns in two tablespoons spoons of Algae Cooking oil. (About 2 minutes per side).
Step 4
Plate the Salsa Verse as shown or serve it over the prawns.
