Five Minute Garlic Mayo

Ingredients

5 Minute Garlic Mayo
Roasted Garlic Algae Oil1 cup
Egg1
White Wine Vinegar (or lemon juice)1 tbsp
Dijon Mustard1 tsp
SaltTo Taste
Step 1

In a large glass measuring cup (if using an immersion blender) or blender cup, add the oil, egg, vinegar, mustard, and salt.

Step 2

Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until thick, glossy, and fully emulsified.

Step 3

Taste and add more vinegar/lemon and salt to taste.

Step 4

Store in the fridge.
